On Thursday, the Long County High School softball team wrapped up its regular season with a disappointing loss to the Tattnall County Battle Creek Warriors, 5-2. With the loss, the team's overall record fell to 4-8, and their 2-AA Region record fell to 2-5. This year the team has averaged three runs a game, and gave up six runs in each contest.
